Frequently Asked Questions

Please feel free to email or call us with anymore questions.

1.

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE I ARRIVE?

There is no preparation you must do prior to your arrival. However, we ask to please remove all eye make up prior to arriving. It takes a very long time for us to remove your eye make up, especially mascara. Also, if we remove it at the store right before the procedure, there is an increased risk of the lashes falling off quicker due to grease residue from the remover! We try our best to remove the grease, but it would be more convenient and cautious to come with no eye make up.

2.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCEDURE TAKE?

Overall, the procedure takes about an hour to hour and a half. Touch ups take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.

3.

DOES IT HURT?

Absolutely not! In fact, most of our clients take naps as we apply the lashes. However, this is a task that require accurate precision and request minimal talking. Questions and comments during the procedure are gladly accepted, but talking on the phone, with a friend, etc. should be kept to a minimum.

4.

WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES/ SENSITIVE EYES?

We use only the best products, and can guarantee a nonirritating procedure. We only use hypoallergenic top quality glue and premium silk lashes. We sanitize after each and every customer. We have had countless clients who expressed concern over the sensitivity of their eyes, but in the end had great positive results. We apply the lashes ever so slightly away from the eyelid, so there is a slim to none chance of irritation.

5.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM?

The difference is how many lashes we put in each eye. The bronze we put 60 lashes in each eye for a total of 120. Silver is 80 in each eye, gold is 100 in each eye, and platinum is 120 or more in each eye. The platinum is a minimum of 120 lashes, but if the client has more lashes, we will put more lashes.

6.

HOW OFTEN DO I HAVE TO COME BACK FOR TOUCH UPS?

Your lashes will last anywhere from 4-6 weeks, depending on how you care for them. However, it is recommended to come every 2 or 3 weeks to fill them in and remove any unruly/stray lashes.

7.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF THEM AFTER?

It's very simple. We give each client a brush to brush the lashes after each shower, face wash, nap, etc. Whenever the lashes get wet, it is recommended to brush them out. When the lashes are leaning, a quick brush will fan them out. It is the same motion of putting on mascara. After the initial procedure, do not get them wet for at least 8 hours. No mascara, but all other make up is ok. Just make sure to use oil free remover and be gentle when washing around the eyes.
